Information notice on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13-14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
The protection of personal data matters to us. This notice describes how the personal data of users visiting the Visirank® showcase site (the "Site"), available at visirank.it and owned by ARvis.it S.r.l., is processed.
The Site is an informational showcase: it presents the Visirank® brand and its two lines and does not collect data through contact forms, restricted areas or profiling tools. Contact requests are handled through the arvis.it contact page, whose processing is governed by the privacy notice published on that site.

What data we process
While you simply browse the Site, only the technical navigation data that computer systems acquire automatically in their normal operation is processed: IP address, device and browser information, operating system, date and time of access, pages visited, and technical diagnostic and security logs.
The Site does not use contact forms, does not use profiling cookies or advertising tracking tools, and does not use statistical analytics tools.
Purposes and legal basis of processing
Technical navigation data is processed to make the Site available, to ensure that it works correctly and that the systems are secure, and to comply with any legal obligations. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest in the security and correct operation of the Site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
How data is processed
Data is processed by electronic and telematic means, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, minimization and security, with technical and organizational measures adequate to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or destruction.
Recipients of the data
Data may be processed by the controller's authorized personnel and by the Site's hosting provider, Aruba S.p.A. (infrastructure located in Italy), appointed as data processor pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. Data is neither disclosed nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers to third countries
Data is processed on infrastructure located in Italy, within the European Economic Area. No transfer of data to third countries takes place.
Retention period
Technical logs are kept for as long as is strictly necessary for security and diagnostic purposes and, in any case, within the limits set by law.
Rights of the data subject
In the cases provided for by Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to contatto@arvis.it. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
